Dr Julian Moore can be described in one word when it comes to his approach to dentistry - perfectionist! I have been there a few times now and he has always been very honest and open about what work may needed & explains it well. He also collaborates with you and makes sure you are happy before proceeding. I've required preventative work and so pleased he is not happy till he has it absolutely right. Going to the dentist is a nervous thing and can be costly but I've not been disappointed with Dr Moore or his team. Very helpful and take it all into consideration. Definitely recommend.

Step into life Torquay is run by the amazing Rose. She gets that everyone has different fitness levels and works to ensure all needs are met. It's fun way to exercise and the benefits are more than just about fitness, you make good friends along the way. It is group training, so the added motivation to keep going. It can be as much or as little as you need. Rose has an amazing ability to make her classes suit everyone. If your thinking of how to exercise or just get outdoors and live aroun Torquay give Rose a call. In terms of cost it's no more expensive than a movie ticket and you benefit. I certainly was hesitant at first but quickly that changed and I am enjoying the results thanks to Rose.
