Sylvana was very helpful and as I lived interstate we discussed, reviewed and confirmed design options via phone and email which was very convenient.

The finished products were amazing - both invitations and thank you cards (100 of each) were stunning and of consistently high quality throughout the batch. Both orders were promptly dispatched and well packaged to ensure they were delivered intact. I received many compliments about the stationery used for the wedding. After spending way too many hours looking for bridal shoes, I found Novat through a word-of-mouth recommendation. What a relief.

They have a great range of bridal shoes, dress shoes and dancing shoes in their showroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I tried on shoes and found my perfect pair. Pricing was reasonable in comparison to other bridal shoe prices (they are expensive everywhere!), however I was lucky enough to visit when they had a sale on the shoes that I wanted!

Novat shoes are available in a variety of styles (you can see on the website, but seeing and trying them on in the store is much better). The pair I selected were also really comfortable on my wedding day. Novat do a great job in providing a great range of beautiful and functional shoes as well as providing really lovely customer service.

The ladies at Snippity Snip were as helpful and reliable as ever. They are incredible dressmakers and essentially reconstructed my wedding dress for me in a short space of time. They also helped out my mother and mother-in-law with altering and fixing their outfits for my wedding day.

We chose Ascot House for our wedding and lunchtime reception and we were so pleased that we did. The team were very helpful in assisting us tailor an event package appropriate to our needs, and gave us great tips based on their past experience.

The grounds were beautiful, we had a lovely garden ceremony and a fantastic lunch in the grand ballroom. The staff took great care of us and we had a wonderful, memorable day. We also received numerous compliments from our guests regarding the beautiful venue, the friendly staff, the promptness of meal service and how delicious all the food was (especially the tasting plate of desserts!).

I used this business to get some shirts dry-cleaned. Their customer service when I dropped off and picked up the items was great, plus they sent an sms to my phone to let me know when my shirts were ready - ahead of the quoted time!

They do alterations but you need to pre-pin the garments before bringing them in. I also noticed they have a 24 hour pick up window/machine although I did not utilise it or ask about how it works, this may be of interest to some. Prices were reasonable and for the lovely service I received I will be returning.
