I shopped at this bakery last Saturday morning. Two serving staff members were at the counter, talking to each other (quite loudly). An elderly lady customer was in front of me & wished to be served. These two staff members ignored her completely & just continued their inane chatter.
Another staff member, on the opposite s side of the shop eventually came & served this elderly lady. The serving member had to walk around the other two who were still chatting. They continued chatting together until the elderly customer had been served. These two staff members were so rude.

The wife & I have had reason to purchase items, from this store, where technical advice was needed. Staff, on each occasion have been very polite & helpful.
I go out of my way to visit this store due to the good service.

The wife bought a takeaway serve of fish & chips, for two. The fish had obviously been frozen & was far removed from the taste & texture of fresh fish. The chips were disappointing & floury & we did not enjoy the meal.
We are regular diners of takeaway fish & chips & do not expect the world - but this was disappointing & we wouldn't return to this shop.

Maybe we were unlucky & struck a bad night but the wife & I recently purchased some take away fish & chips from this shop.
We could not eat the fish. I commented that it tasted like the fish had been cooked while frozen & had not cooked all the way through. My wife disagreed & is convinced that the fish was off. Honestly we could not eat any of it.

This supermarket is nothing to write home about. There is no bakery there & I've stopped buying meat there as I have had some bad experiences with tough meat. The fish section is inadequate & quite often has run out of particular lines.

I tried this butcher shop for the first time, recently. I bought some rump steak, lamb cutlets & BBQ sausages. The rump was $23.99 per kilo & though it looked great, it was very tough. The lamb cutlets were $12.99 per kilo & could best be decribed as being 50/50, OK but a bit chewy. The sausages were good.
The meat was for a BBQ & no-one present could eat the steak - our dog had a treat!

The food is quite good at this restaurant but the service is terrible. The wife & I attended last night for a meal. The one & only staff on duty told us that it would be at least half an hour before we would be able to eat. We agreed to this & decided we would have a glass of wine (BYO) while waiting.
It took us ages before the staff member would acknowlege our repeated requests for atrtention - just to get two wine glasses.
She asked us whether we wanted prawn crackers as a starter. We said, yes, but they never arrived. We were not offered water.
We had requested chopsticks & bowls but were given dinner plates. We requested the bowls & chopsticks, again, & they were given to us - by her just placing the bowls on our dinner plates!
We enjoyed what we had in regard to the food but wont be going back to that restaurant again. They definitely need additional staff in the restaurant section.
Also, we did ask for a king prawn dish but was told they had run out of king prawns.

Wife & I attended for a quiet meal. One of the dishes ordered was rogan josh. It was served up, absolutely overkilled with capsicum....so much so that was all that one could taste. I have been a regular eater of rogan josh dishes, at other Indian restaurants, & have never had one dished up such as at this restaurant. It was inedible.
Also our second dish, a beef dish, had large pieces of gristle, which was alo inedible. The gristle pieces were too large & too numerous to be accidental.
We complained & the attending staff member didn't see too concerned ....however the night manager did make a peace offering, when the wife paid the bill by giving her a takeaway container of another meat dish that they had on hand. She did this when she learnt that we had not eaten our ordered dishes.
Would not set foot in that restaurant agauin.

This operator cut & removed some large trees from my property. I had had another operator in to do similar work but Mark was far superior in work standards - plus his prices were far more reasonable.
I was very happy with the end result.

I purchased a slow combustion wood heater for heating the home.
Staff were helpful & heater manufactured, delivered & installedm on time. Happy with all aspects of the transaction.
