This supplier did some quick garden kerbing for me. After being given the runaround by other suppliers - through not turning up to give quote; not answering telephone; not responding to messages etc - this operator was a delight to deal with.
He attended punctually & supplied a quote & then attended punctually & completed the job tio a highly satisfactory standard.
His price was very reasonable compared to others in the area.

I am a regular member of this service & have been so for several years. Of recent I have had reason to deal with consultants when investing money on a long term basis.
I telephoned & asked to do a transaction as per an advertisment on their web page. The consultant told me that the offer I was inquiring about had expired & that I would need to take a lower interest rate.
I argued that I was correct on the matter. The consultant disagreed & then she told me that she had checked with her supervisor & that I was wrong & she was right.
I declined to invest the money & said I would go to another banking institution.
However I made further inquires & as a result e-mailed a letter of complaint to PNCS. I received a telephone call back saying that they had made a mistake & the rate I had inquired about was still in place at the time of my inquiry.
PNCS did agree to back date my investment to the day I made my original inquiry.
Even though I achieved a satisfactory outcome I was very disappointed that such a body could make such a mistake in the first place.

This company was assigned to fix a warranty fault with our washing machine. We were told that it would be fixed in a "24 hour turnaround". The fault was that the door of a front loader washer could not be opened & the completed laundry could not be removed.
It took nine days before a service person attended & thern he did not have the parts to fix the machine. He advised that he would return "next week".
No attendance; no telephone calls; not anything from the country. We could not speak to anyone on the telephone - just had to leave a message that was never responded to.
Eventually, one day less than eight weeks, we received a telephone call to advise a service man would attend. We received varying excuses such as the wrong parts were sent from over east; the parts could not be obtained; the service man who had originally attended was no longer with the company (not true - because the same person later attended) & so on.
Easily the worst experience we have had in such circumstances. Because it was a warranty job we had to abide with the suppliers directions re who serviced the fault. Otjherwise we would have obtained another service. This company obviously knows that warranty jobs are out of the hands of the customer & they can do as they like.

We have attended at this restaurant on a regular basis over the past months. Overall the quality, value & service is of quite a high standard & I would recommend the restaurant without hesitation.

I have used this Post Office several times & the service is the worst I have ever encountered. I will not enter this shop any more. There are two female attendants & generally only one serves customers - therefore causing a queue build up.
The last time i visited the shop, one attendant was behind the counter but was not serving. The other attendant was having a conversation with a person (obviously a friend of hers) & they were discussing what posts they had recently put on Facebook.
A woman, two places in front of me approached this attendant & complained about her attitude & that she was ignoring customers. She demanded that she be served. A woman, one in front of me, complained to the attendant that had she had the attendant's work attitude, her boss would have booted her out the door.

This counter attendant was so bad.....& the other one that was behind the counter displayed a "couldn't care a less attitude".

Wife & I took our two grand children for lunch on a Sunday. Staff did tell us that there woukld be a 10 minute wait....I don't know why as the restaurant was not very busy.
The wife decided we would have a meal.....kids had nuggets & chips - we just had chips, so overall the meals were not time consuming preparation meals.
After 30 minutes & no service we approached staff & said we would leave. They said the meals were nearly ready. We waited for another five minutes & they were eventually served....no apologies or reason given for delay. We would have left, as we were tired of waiting, but we had already paid for the meals so had to sit it out.

Never again! Will never recommend or visit this restaurant again

I have purchased a lot of garden oplants from this establishment. Staff are very helpful & will make the effort to order in any plants that they do not have. The cost of their garden nursery items is far better than the major hardware business in opposition.
Their stock may not be as large a range as the state's major store but I tend to go to this store before others. Ido tend to purchase hardware items on a regular basis & fin d this store meets my needs on most occasions.

I prefer to do my shopping at this supermarket, even though the Big Two supermarkets are nearby.
Staff are friendlier & I find the shopping less stressful than the other two.
The store has very good meat specials & compares with others as far as freshness of fruit & vegies,.

I attended with my wife for a birthday celebration, in the restaurant section, of the Inn. I order lamb shanks. They were described as having been cooked in a slow cooker. When they arrived they were tough & stringy. They came with mashed potato - which was the powdered form & it was like eating claggy glue. Honestly, one of the worst meals I have ever been served, anywhere! The wife had garlic prawns, which she said was, "OK".
We had Turkish bread & dips as an entree. The obne type of bread was OK. One dip (cucumber based) was OK but the other was a watery tasteless failure.
The wife finished with a coffee & when that was served , a large proportion of it had been spilt in the saucer.
When the waiter was clearing our dishes I told him, as I couldn't eat my meal, could I take it home for my dog! .... No, I could not, I was told!!!
Never again will we attend this restaurant.
