These guys are very helpful and polite. They do repairs on shoes, handbags, wathces and do keycutting, but they also have an awesome little shop with leather goods, Aussie souvenirs, kid's stuffed toys and lots of little nicnacs. It definately worth stopping in for a look.

I bought my husband a watch for Christmas. At the time, the salesperson told me it was a diver's watch complete with a bezel (dial on watch face) for diving. My husband went swimming with the watch on (in shallow water) and the watch got water in it. We had not opened the watch or changed the battery since purchase. When I took it back, with my receipt, they would not replace the watch of give me a refund. They said because I bought it on sale, it had no warranty and would not be replaced. They did not mention this when I bought it!
They offered to dry it out or do a water pressure test, but I would have to pay $20-$40 each for this and this would not stop the watch rusting, as it had salt water damage and may still rust! I got the details for the owner of the shop and it was not until my husband rang her and he mentioned Consumer affairs that she offered to replace his watch.

The staff are friendly and helpful and sometimes they have free samples. I have bought savoury rolls and sweet buns here and they are really nice. They even donate leftover bread and rolls to charity on a regular basis.

I really really love this store. I love books, so this massive store in the city is like a dream come true for me. They have books on everything and if they don't have it in stock, they will try their best to get it in for you. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they love books themselves and they share their enthusiasm with their customers, which is great!

I am willing to travel out of my way to go to this bookstore because they often have books there that the other Angus and Roberson stores don't have. They have a great range and their staff are very helpful.

I really enjoyed dining in this restaurant because it wasn't really loud and echoey (if that's a word)! The food was great and the staff were very friendly. I didn't think much of it from the ad on T.V., but the actual place is quite nice.

These guys are seriously the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. They are very professional and polite. They explained the problem to me in detail and took the time to show me as well. They have this really cool camera that they can put in your house's drain so they can search out and fix the problem.

I have a lot of confidence in buying products from this store because the staff are friendly and patient and they take the time to measure you properly and give you advice.

Friendly, honest staff. I took a bag in for repairs and asked how much it would cost to fix it. The guy was really honest and gave me a quote. He was nice and explained the process and the reasoning behind the cost. They did a neat job on another bag I took in for repairs. Now I go there everytime I need repairs done. The fix bags, shoes, watches and they also do keycutting and engraving.

I love looking in shops with little nic nacs and beautiful things for your home! Well, this is one of those stores! The prices aren't bad either. The staff are very helpful and I think they even do gift wrapping.
