I got a cudo voucher for basic shampoo/ nourishing treatment, cut and blow wave and must confess I was apprehensive about it...first if they would be able to manage my 'wild hair', second if they would deliver a great service costumer despite the voucher price:P
I was very surprised with costumer service from the first contact with Roger as I booked on the phone and even more happy with Ice, the girl who did my hair:) Thank you so much you guys, and for sure I will be back, I'm from Brazil, were costumer service is really great!! I had an awful headache and the massage while washing my hair really helped:)
I have been in Australia for 8 years and have had many experiences with hairdressers - and this is one a VERY FEW times that I was really satisfied with my hair + costumer service... felt like Brazil :)
