We came across Alltel after searching fruitlessly on the web for a better live answering service than our previous provider (OfficeHQ). As a small business starting out in its infancy, it is vital that all calls to the business are taken care of in a timely manner and most importantly with a friendly attitude. After OfficeHQ's free trial ended and we moved on to a cheaper plans, their service level dropped accordingly.

Our customers started giving us feedbacks on how the person who answered the phone sounds very uninterested and slow, and we know firsthand that messages were taken half-heartedly as the caller's name or contact details would be incorrect all the time. We knew we had to move and after reading some good reviews from other small business operators, I decided to give Alltel a go and it turned out to be the smartest business decision I have made!

Firstly, Alltel's services were significantly more affordable than their counterparts, but their customer service levels are far better! Right at the start, someone gave me a call to ensure I am setting everything up correctly according to my business needs. They even taught me how to spend wisely and not to include services that might complicate things.

Ever since the change, I had nothing but timely and accurate messages from them. I can rest assured I won't miss out on new business enquires even when all of us at the office are too busy to get to the phone. I made my decision on trying their service based on positive reviews from other users, therefore I would like to do the same and ensure other business owners can head in the right direction in the search.
