Great product but the service was average. One of the staff kept on talking about another bride while we where there to another staff. It does not matter how bad us brides can get at the emotion time of our wedding. Staff should not mock other brides. Such a pitty. Will never go back despite they might have some lovely dresses. Brush on customer service and stop mocking brides when they leave.
The best store is have so far been too. And my mother and I would know. We have travelled to Sydney, and most of Brisbane Bridal Store and the service was so bad we left without trying on. We visited this amazing store after a lovely lady told us about it at Jojos in the city mall. The customer service and product was amazing. The helpful hints and nothing was too hard for them. I am so excited with my gown and my bridesmaids dresses. Thank you ladies.
