A nice casual pub in the middle of town. I came with a large group (about 15-20 of us) and staff were more than accommodating for us. I haven't seen the live shows unfortunately but heard great things. Great place to play pool and catch up with friends on a casual night out.

Russian themed bar in Civic. They specialise in cocktails and have some great tapas nibbles. The décor alone is worth a visit, very chic and dark. Recommend for a date.

A great funky new bar in Braddon in the ACT, a 2 minute walk from the Canberra centre. Came here with a group to enjoy Coronas in the sunshine, prices are standard pub prices and the food tastes great. Highly recommend for groups, there was plenty of seating for us (a group of 10). Can't wait to go back!

A beautiful restaurant in Newtown with amazing décor (dark wood and eclectic lighting). The food is great for sharing and includes more exotic choices like cuttlefish. My personal favourite was the braised beef. The staff are sooo lovely and really make the experience. Happy to visit again next time I am in the area.

A great little bar/restaurant tucked away behind trees just off the Monaro highway. It is a huge property with loads of places to sit, lots of playing areas for children and during events they place marquees. I recently attended a 30th birthday there and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It is a great venue for big groups or small.

Came here after my works Christmas party as kick ons because it has karaoke. It had been a few years since I'd been at Kelly's so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a bit of a renovation on the place. By 10pm the place was packed and the karaoke is by the entrance so it gets very loud. In saying that I loved the atmosphere! The security guards here are great and wouldn't hassle you about ID if you went outside to make a phone call or find a friend, which was an added bonus. Will definitely be back soon

A great bar in Newtown with a great rooftop bar. I went on Friday and even that close to Christmas and very busy there was still a lot of seating which was great. Good service and the food also tastes amazing. Would highly recommend for a birthday party or catch up with friends

A beautiful Asian-fusion restaurant and bar on Eagle street pier. I came with some work mates and ordered drinks and dinner. It was extremely packed and there was a few functions going on so the staff seemed a bit manic. Dinner came out probably 30 minutes after we ordered but was worth the wait, it was delicious (I had butter chicken and rice with plain naan bread). Would definitely visit again next time I am in town.

I came here for a quiet bite to eat after work. Since I am staying here on business I decided to stick close to my hotel and this was across the street. Food was amazing and the staff were very lovely and friendly. I ordered mashed potatoes and salt and pepper calamari and both tasted amazing. Would love to come back next time I am in town.

I had a team lunch here yesterday and the food was exquisite. The majority of the table ordered steak which was cooked to perfection and came out within 1 minute of each other. The wine and champagne served was a high quality and the staff are efficient, professional and add an additional touch of elegance to the modern décor of the place. Very high end restaurant.
