We were very happy with our dealings with Dubock, especially Kester. Dad died on the 1st of December and the funeral was arranged for Monday the 9th of December. Kester made himself available for a final viewing for us, including both my brothers, who came from interstate. Although it was Dubock's Christmas breakup on that day he made himself available and we were most grateful.

The memorial book was really lovely with all details including paper notices included. The poems included were greatly appreciated.

The only problem was the time lag between the finish of the church service and commencement of the cremation service.

My parents wanted Dubocks after them doing my grandmother's funeral 18 years ago. Both my husband and I have advised our kids we want Dubocks to arrange our funerals. Many thanks.
