I bought crusty white bread flour and bread improver at The Bake and Brew Shop in Gawler, SA and was mightily pleased with the result. I have used other bread flours without such great results. There were also quaint utensils and baking and brewing products. Service was prompt, efficient and delivered with a pleasant smile. Staff willingly provided information regarding local cafes and toilets in the vicinity. There is a Supermarket directly opposite the shop and there are lots of car parking facilities available without having to cross busy roads.
