Early last year we realised our business wasn't getting enough phone calls, part of the solution discussed involved replacing our existing mobile number with an inbound 1300 number. In the first week of changing over to a 1300 number we received 40% more calls. We found the 1300 number helps us to come across as being a big business rather than looking like a small computer repair business with a hobbyist doing all the work.
