Matthew paved a precision side path for me. Took the extra care to ensure it stands the test of time (and explained to me how he did this). He is friendly, punctual, clean (lays down mats for the materials and takes ALL of the rubbish away himself) & reasonably priced.
He even unexpectedly replaced grass that died during the work! Highly recommended!

Wanted the central locking repaired. It took 5 seperate visits to the garage and the car is still in the same state now as it was when I initially bought it to them. I'm cutting my losses. They spent countless hours on it and needed to order a spare part; they claim they lost money on it due to the time-consuming nature of the repair...and of course my car was a "difficult" model (even though it's extremely common). It was excuse after excuse and I don't know what to believe. The yard is filled with cars so obviously business is booming. Also, their "front-of-house" experience needs lots of work in terms of responsiveness and general professionalism.

Jared is courteous to both myself and my wife and takes the time to explain in simple terms what work the car needs on it and why. Whether it's for a full service or just a rego check I would recommend Midas Concord to anyone who drives a car and needs someone to work on it occasionally.
