Couldn't put it any better basically than I found a diamond in the rough when I was looking for a company to Tow my car that couldn't be driven back to my mechanics address and at a decent price... I was quoted a few prices from the first couple that came up on google that quoted me absurd amounts to tow my car.. Something I couldn't afford at the time either... I came across Hurstville Towing and just happened to click on in their link which was a few pages in on google and thought I'd try see if they are also going to quote me some insane amount to tow my car... And in was shocked by the most amazing bloke that towed it at some minimal fee which I thought was underquoted at first but no I was pleasantly surprised and he made the pick up and drop off so easy, he kept in contact with me across the entire time to advise of pick up and drop off.
5/ 5 for price. 5/5 for customer service.
And the other amazing thing was they don't usually do one off customer pick ups as a company they usually do company contracts so it was an even better surprise to have the kindness and care to do my pick up and drop off of my car as he said ' well I had a truck spare at the time and I had some free time on my hands '
