Love this little spot in the city for when you want a quick grab n go lunch! Had the Tuna Salad wrap and a juice, both were fantastic and will be back soon!

Bakery Girls is in my top 5 list of Bakeries in Adelaide! They have the best donuts ever, not to mention the cutest decor/theme. Defiantly worth a visit

Dropped by The Coffee Bean and Bakehouse today and bought myself one of their Rocky Road Vegan Cupcakes as well as a Coffee Frappe. It was delicious! The cupcake was divine and as the young girl told me supplied by a local woman who specializes in vegan cakes from her home kitchen. The frappe however was the best coffee frappe I have ever had, it tasted like real coffee because they use REAL coffee, not to mention the ice cream, fresh whipped cream to top it off. Defiantly would recommend to anyone vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant or looking for somewhere nice to go on a Saturday brunch trip.
