I am really upset as we ordered 26 cubic meters of soil to level our land which wasn't cheap. We specifically asked for it to be dumped away from the boundary of our property as we had fencing contractors coming the following day (it was confirmed the day prior that this could be done). It ended up being dumped right on the boundary; I called and told them and they came out and made it worse (told me to meet them at 5 but came and left before I got there). The soil itself was good but now we have to pay almost what we spent on the soil to get a guy with a bobcat to come move it so the fencers can do their job. Very unhappy about this especially because we are financially run dry at the moment and we really didn't need this a few days before moving into our new home. they really didn't want to take ownership and have pushed the soil onto the neighbouring homes temporary fencing which we will most likely get fined for. I will be passing on that fine if I get it.
