We didn't have a booking, and they were pretty packed but found a spot big enough to fit 10 of us. We asked for a high chair but they said it was booked out. After 30 minutes since we got there, and just after our meals arrived, one of the staff realised that the other booking wasn't until at least another half hour away, so we could use their high chair. Food was lovely.

Had a wonderful lunch! We enjoyed the fish and chips and parmigana. The staff were friendly and quickly attentive, taking our plates when finished, but not too quickly, and bringing the dessert and drinks menu.

They lost our booking, so we had to sit outside with the smokers. There were no diet drinks of any sort - they were all out. We ordered skim coffee and we got whole milk. They brought a bottle of water to the table but no glasses. The children's meal arrived over half an hour before the adults. Children's meal includes dessert, an activity pack and a drink but we had to ask for these so that the kids had something to do while the parents ate. When I went to pay for the meal I commented that the children had not received their drink and I was asked if I would like them in a take away cup. As we were leaving the drinks were brought out in glass cups and we were told that they didn't have takeaway cups!!!! I got the feeling that the staff were annoyed because we hadn't just gone away in the first place.
All in all not a good night.

My fridge door sensor broke, and they managed to fit me in the next day. The repair man came earlier than I expected, which didn't quite suit as my power had gone out 10 mins before he arrived. However he had a look and tested the sensor switch. He then replaced it with a new one and said to ring the girls in the office if it didn't work. Sure enough the power came back on ten minutes after he left, and the sensor worked. I thought he was very quick and efficient, which was good as it meant it didn't cost me too much.

Had a great time when we dined at Sienna's on the weekend. We went for Sunday lunch and chose it as a place to take our young kids. The kids play area was good, but could have done with a box of toys/books. And the change table was "out of order" and looked like it had been for over a week or two. However the meal was lovely. We tried two pizzas, which were great tasting, but hard to cut smaller for the kids as the base was very thin. The penne pollo was amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and a generous serve.

John came and installed my dishwasher recently and was great with the kids who were trying to stay out of his way, not. He was friendly and did a great job. All the pipes/cords were neatly tied out of the way and he did a thorough tidy when finished. Happy customer.

We had our whole house (4 x 2) interior painted, including all wall preparation. Excellent service, and even wiped down our bathrooms which had gotten dusty from leaving windows open. Job was done within our expected time frame, and even when a spanner was thrown in the works, Damon worked around it, and came back another day to finish the job.
