3 weeks later, phone calls, emails and guess what - NO REFUND

Have now reported them to the credit card company in an attempt to get our money back

To cheat people is one thing, but to do it when all we are trying to do is the best for our pet is disgraceful.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying to have my car serviced there some four weeks ago Unbelievably, the car “fell off” the hoist and has resulted in the car being written off Not only has this caused us to be without a car and the associated dramas of having to deal with the mechanics insurance company, but we can only imagine what could have happened if the car had fallen on to an unsuspecting employee The car fell from a great height and resulted in it being written off – what would have happened if the car had fallen on some one? The mechanic would not answer any questions I had in regards what safety procedures he had in place to prevent this from happening, nor what condition the hoist was in, nor what he would do to prevent this from happening again in the future, nor whether he had any training in place for the use of the hoist with his employees
