Stock ordered and paid for online only to be told they were out of stock - how hard can it be to have the website up to date?

Dont worry we were told, will issue a refund

3 weeks later, phone calls, emails and guess what - NO REFUND

Have now reported them to the credit card company in an attempt to get our money back

To cheat people is one thing, but to do it when all we are trying to do is the best for our pet is disgraceful.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I actually used the online order system. This business is fabulous. Very fast delivery, my order processed on a Sunday, delivered Tues and they included a $5 voucher off my next purchase. Now that's the way to encourage new business! The website mypetwarehouse.com.au is wonderfully easy to use and fast, better than other websites of varying businesses. Changed from a previous company because I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery which meant I had to be super organised and know when my cat was going to run out of food - and my pet warehouse's delivery is also cheaper for me. One little bugbear: when I registered an automatic email came to me and listed my password. This practise I find, not exactly disturbing, more that it shouldn't be done because as my son is always telling me - don't write anything in an email that you wouldn't write on a postcard. Apart from that, great service and I'll continue to use and recommend them.

Blown away with how fast my items arrived. Ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday! Super happy to find some Fuzz Yard dog beds 50% off! Great website. Easy ordering. Great range. - especially great in that they stock extra large dog beds not available in local pet stores.

I wanted to add this little find to the Dog Grooming section, as its such great value.

The "My Pet Warehouse" store in Richmond (I think its also at a number of other stores) has a DIY Pet wash at the back of the store.

It costs you approx $ 10 to wash your dog. The things I like about it :
1) They use non allergic, organic products for the shampoo & conditioner. My dog comes out feeling really silky.
2) The water is warm in winter
3) The tub is at hip height, with a high enough lip to prevent your pooch jumping out.
4) The tub has a rubber mat to prevent paws from slipping
5) You can disinfect the tub before starting
6) They have rubber gloves, and disposable aprons - keeps me dry
7) You dont have to bother with opening bottles, squeezing out product - this operates like a car wash, you just turn the dial
7) The automatic wash has a high powered hair dryer which gets most of the water off.
8) they also have a grooming table with clippers if you need it.

With this set up so conveniently, I find it so quick & easy to use, rather than trying to bathe my pooch at home, and have water & mess all over the bathroom.

I have 3 cats that all have very different needs, all of which I try to meet from this one business. Their website is good and gives notification of stock levels at each branch. The variety of products supplied is very wide but seem to cater mainly for dogs, their larger customer base, which is a shame. Their staff, particularly Debbie, are always helpful and friendly. I've given them a "Good but not WOW" rating as there are many alternative avenues online with better prices, but as far as their "bricks & mortar" competitors go, this place is very good.

My Pet Warehouse has only just recently opened, but is now the best pet supplies mega store in the area. The range is unbeatable and prices are comparable to other similar pet warehouses i have been to. Well worth a visit.
