Attended the diagnostics services department very freindly on time and did a great job i had to chase up the results after 4 days but cant have everything,dr strickland was very good saw him at his private pratice and his advice of 80mg lipitor may well have saved me!

I went here with a condition that had to be recorded and reported for centrelink dsp claim i was in fact told i should drive a cab??i stated thats a dangerous job and was told something else i could do,i was in fact moving well away from any form of work to recover,some false things were put on the form that i did not state,i threw the form away as i decided to go elsewhere he sent it in anyway.i did not go for employment advice!

What can i say about this place but dreadfull approx 6 visits they did nothing but refuse to fill in dsp claim form which is a breach of gmp practice codes and the law then filled it in to fail,refused a medication i had to get elsewhere,and made rather odd remarks like your tendinosis is not physical or mental?,i wish he could feel the pain that was only fixed from going elsewhere,was told on the first visit after 2 hours wait go back to reception we dont have records on you(dsp claim of course will think of any excuse)?might have something to do with that i have not been there before.poor treatment did nothing they make money! i asked for my doctors notes what came after 2 weeks was a bill stating amount outstanding? but no medical records offensive!

Did not have a problem here pity about upstairs tainting the name.

I decided i better attend as 2 scripts had expired that i better get back on i also have decided to do another heart echoscan as its been a year since the last then decide on stents which is a big step,was told not to come here wanting this and that and echo and stents"does not happen that way""not going to happen"well in fact it will happen as i say because i have the past reports including a few hours of my own research of those reports which indicates stents should be delayed for now,but i could benefit from another scan,in describing one of my conditions as unstable angina was told"i know what that means"but this is my condition and i will use this word as and when i see fit!this is not the worst around but i wont be back although i did get what i needed but i REFUSE to use a private practice anymore and now will be going to the community health centres.
update decided that this gp is so woefull and refused to respond to my complaint that i have reuced the rating to zero

Misdiagnosed shoulder complaint to save time as consultaion was near end by stating "it will cure but needs a long time"incorrect as any pain in shoulder needs an echo as its common complaint and if not from accident may well be serious now cant be fixed and it realy hurt!now permanent damage,Truth not fully told in response letter now damages being sought!the company took a long time to register any interest in the complaint and claim tried many ways to slow it down lost letter now found ect never once asked if im ok doctor took weeks to respond

This place was rude failed to fill in a claim form and failed to supply an important referal,they also made offensive personal statements that is not allowed under gmp practice codes breached many of those codes,they failed to properly read medical reports and did then misdiagnose and i was made to feel that i was not welcome there as i had some information of my own on my condition that did in fact work when i got the prescription elsewhere which was lenthy trip.
Also barriers were placed on the filling in of a form which meant it could not be achieved without many trips when in fact this was not required as once again it was done elsewhere,
It was not a great experiance!
