We would like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and Ozzy firstly for accepting the challenge of re-tiling our house and secondly for such an outstanding job. The original tiling was a disaster but thankfully you were happy to take on the painful job task of removing the old tiles, preparing the floor and then re-tiling.
