Great for lovers of chocolate, awesome that they have vegan options now too. haven't been many times as it does feel like somewhat of a novelty cafe.
A bit pricey for the quality and portion size, coffee is alright. Have only been once or twice since there are more appealing cafe options nearby.
Hands down the best pizza in Newcastle. Loved by many, the staff are always wonderfully accommodating and the food, delicious. Worth every penny.
Approximate cost: $25
Staff are always super nice and it's a great option for tea late at night when everything else is closed. It's been around for years and I feel like their menu needs a makeover to keep up with the rest of the cafes in town. Quality is a bit hit and miss, as sometimes it's been really good and other times...not so much. Probably better for a late night tea and cake than dining in for food.
Always delicious and the staff are always great, sometimes I feel like certain menu items are a little overpriced for portion size served, but could never complain about the quality. 3 monkeys have always been a popular option in Darby street
Approximate cost: $30
Best toasties in Newcastle and their coffee is great too. Staff are always friendly and usually happy to alter the menu to suit your needs.
