I requested a job from the company & they rang me rudely accusing me of not paying a bill 2 years ago which was completely false (they rang me to apologise after I demanded they check it but it was too late). Such a shame as their plumbing work was faultless. I now have to find a new plumber but will never recommend them again!

They have not responded to repeated requests for information from me. They have ignored all of my concerns. Have refused to negotiate with me. Have charged interest on disputed amounts. Have apportioned payments to amounts not owed.
