I can't thank Hess enough for all his help in trying to repair my laptop.

In the end it was to far gone, but there was no charge for the hours of work and cost of parts that went into it, even though the offer was there to pay for the parts used and so on, Hess would not hear of it.

Now that is true customer service, and I would happily reckon the business to all.
