Took my wifes laptop to Data Retriever after the hard drive failed. Unfortunately the heads on the hard drive had failed, given the nature of the data we decided not to proceed with the recovery.Craig was fantastic to deal with providing several different quote options with no pressure and even some advice on repairing the laptop.Very professional to deal with and would not hesitate to reccomend his company to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of having data recovery problems.
