Even though Craig was unable to retrieve any data from our dead hard drive i would still highly recommend him as he not only opened his lab on his xmas break he kept me fully informed during the process of attempts to get the information from the hard drive, I believe he did everything possible to achieve a successful outcome for us, his customer service was excellent and he honoured his commitment of no data no fee

After a number of other friends and professionals had tried to recover my data I was referred to Craig. He was very efficient about his process, fees and delivery, and kept me informed of how things were progressing. If you need recovery – use data retriever!

After quite a few calls to similar companies, I was concerned at the fact that they all said the same thing - price could be anywhere between $800 - 1200 or $2400 and could take up to a month or more to recover without guarantees.

I unfortunately had to contact Data Retriever due a near simultaneous failure of drives in a RAID array (a replacement plan was in place but not yet executed after the first drive failed).

Craig penciled in to take a look at the drive on it's expected delivery date and immediately began work and kept me up to date with the entire process - I was surprised at how well he does the job and how easy it seemed for him!
