Latest Happening - After complaining via thier website. Customer Service organized a replacement of the TV. Whilst the Folks on their sales floor are horrid to deal with. The folks in the Customer Service seem reasonable.

Bought a TV on the Recmmendation of thier dodgy salesman, with assurances that the store would replace or refund the product if it was fault.
Within a month it was faulty.
It was not replaced or refunded. Instead told to solve ourselves via manufacturers warranty
Never shopping at this dodgy store again.

Nasser did a relatively complex job for us
- Cabling all around the house to new circuits
- Fitting 30-40 lights to roofs and floors
- Installing 9 new power points

He was prompt, efficient and professional

Raldex Plumbing quite simply were life savers, both in terms of the time it took to do the job and the money it cost to get the job done. We have an extremely complex new landscape that involved water and gas plumbing for Spas, Fireplace, Outdoor Shower & Outdoor Kitchen. the plumbing had to go through custom built multi level decks, walls and lawn.

For this job we have seen 4-6 plumbers and gas fitters come and go. The last one we used did the job up to 70% and then disappeared.

I called Raldex in desperation because the Spa plumbing had to be done for the landscape decking to be finished. Not only were they pleasant to deal with. they were at my door 1 hour later. Started the job right there and then and finished the job within the immediate timeframe.

Of all the plumbers and gas fitters I have worked with, Raldex is the ONLY positive experience I have come across. These guys are true professionals.

The Customer Service is fine if your buying something. However if you have a problem then its the worst. We had a mortgage with them and had to refinance with another lender. During this process our experience with St George was as follows:
- We found out St George did not register the Title for the previously settled property for 9 months after settlement.
- When asked sort this out. It took calling 9 people with 4 escalations before our request was taken seriously. In context if this was not done, we would have lost the new house.
- A full discharge of 2 properties was processed as a partial discharge of 1 property. this cost another 7 days of rubbish calls and unnecessary stress.

Golden rule of thumb. If your mortgage is in NSW, then you should be fine, as thier head office is in NSW. if your mortgage is in any other state this bank is horrid to deal with. everything takes twice as long to process.
If you have a problem getting someone to acknowledge your problem let alone process it in a timely fashion is extremely challenging.
