I rang Blue Mountains Computers last week with an emergency computer situation. Hess was helpful and professional right from the start. As I can't lift my computer, he collected and returned it (for a small charge) and was able to sort out my computer problems in time for me to carry on with some music arranging I was doing at the time, which had a deadline. He can offer remote access, which is helpful when reviewing problems.
I appreciated his courtesy, professionalism, skill and experience (and his sense of humour!), and would highly recommend Blue Mountains Computers at any time.
