i have had generally good experiences with eBay! but always buy from reputable companies with lots of stars and high ratings and check the posting. otherwise eBay could possibly be the best thing for a buyer/seller.

paypal is the best and safest to use and easiest to use for ebay or any transactions for credit/visa/debit cards! i use it nearly daily.
