I have had back problems for years and have tried many different physios, exercises etc with absolutely no success and just accepted that I would have to live with chronic back pain for years. When we moved I found Active Back Care only a couple of minutes away and since going to Michael (the physio) and Mel (massage therapist) my back has never been better. Michael is without one of the best physios I have ever been to and is also an expert in acupuncture. Mel gives one of the best massages ever and although difficult to get into her, it is worth the wait. I would go to no-one else. Another great thing is that you hardly ever have to wait, which is a rare occurrence with any medical appointments. Highly recommended in every aspect.
