These guys are one of the oldest, most established and reliable businesses in the Hills in general! - and I've been here for over 20 years :)

Great staff, local presence, great knowledge and I noticed they also got a blog going recently (pretty good read, as 99% of the fitness stuff I read is either overseas relevant and 'in pounds' (aka Canadian or American blogs/ websites), or interstate.

Convenient too, close to Bunnings etc. - Makes it a lot easier to support a local biz when they're actually just ticking all the boxes
