I have tried for over a week to get a quote from this business for a glass balcony balustrade via both their website contact us form and also by text message with photos to Scott Nesire who must be the ‘SN’ of the business. Zero response, zero acknowledgement of my contacts even by auto emai. Such a disappointing unprofessional business.

I order from this restaurant regularly and the preparation time is normally 20-30 minutes. Always within 30 minutes. They told me to pickup in 30 minutes but
my order was not ready until a full hour from order time. This restaurant has been operating more than 10 years. They would have experienced many high demand days such as Mother's Day and Father's Day. These are days that require forward planning and adequate staffing by hospitality businesses in particular. This is an eat-in or takeaway Indian restaurant. They were unprepared for the volume of takeaway orders as evidenced by it taking at least double the normal time to fill an order and
by the number of people awaiting their orders too. Perhaps they should have stopped taking orders when it became obvious that they weren't coping? Or at least have the decency to tell me that an order would take at least an hour. They ruined an otherwise pleasant Mother's Day for me.
