Mark makes custom fitted gambesons for HEMA and related martial arts. I love that they're partially made from recycled materials so I'm doing a bit for the environment. They are protective and comfortable, and machine-washable! A bit pricey, but worth it for the custom fit.

Carmel's beginners yoga class is excellent for new starters. We were made to feel very welcome and given good instruction. It's hard work but you feel great at the end of it. I love the small class sizes.
