Phil and Cathy are great people to deal with. Their service was prompt and they arrived when they said they would. The price is fair and they clean up after themselves. They were especially good considering that the window frame was old and difficult to work with. Great job.

I use this shop frequently but only when I notice they are not doing a big stocktake or loading up shelves as the store is frequently a mess when they do this. I'm also careful who I will deal with at the register as some of the people are incredibly rude and arrogant - especially those in management.

I had been looking for some very hard to find books and had been to several bookstores trying to locate them - including Borders. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The manager managed to locate all of the books I had been looking for and rang me as soon as they were available. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
