The service is fairly slow, even more so when they are busy. However - the taste, quality and serving sizes are EXCELLENT - so its worth being patient. The souffle is well worth the wait (and its says 20 minutes on the menu but always longer if they are busy). As long as you're not in a hurry I'd highly recommend!

Bought the 3 months unlimited waxing voucher - took a while to get an appointment, but once I did it was worth the wait! All the girls are lovely and so friendly, and they do a great job - I'll definitely go back once the voucher expires!

Great coffee - they don't charge extra for soy which is a rarity these days. Spanish doughnuts were yummy, and the chocolates are great too.
Lovely ambiance, nice atmosphere and a homely vibe.
