The professionalism of the personnel is beyond question. Every step of the process was explained patiently, courteously and clearly. The price is high but the value is evident. The garden and paving was respected during the various phases of the procedure. The resultant 'before and after' video provides solid evidence of the work carried out. I can see for myself the whole storm water system has been cleared of grass and tree roots. This means that I can actually see the level of service provided.
