365 cleaners were the worst cleaning firm I have engaged, ever.
The cleaners did such a poor job, I had to clean the property myself. They could not organise a re-clean within the timeframes that I needed. I paid for extra services that they did not complete (at all!) and didn’t even do the minimum required for the basics. There were stains on the benchtops and other kitchen surfaces, they didn’t mop floors, they left hair in the shower, they didn’t clean cupboards, the left windows dirty despite them being easily within reach.
They make you pay upfront on the day, or they don’t complete the service. Then they don’t offer refund guarantees (despite me providing ample photographic evidence.
Their customer service is atrocious – they do not understand what you tell them and offer no meaningful solutions.
I made the mistake of not reading reviews first. My bad. Others are right – they are basically scammers and should be reported.
I would only recommend them for referral to consumer affairs. They should not be in business in this country.

Demanded up front payment. Didn't clean oven or toilets properly. Broke my blinds. Didn't vacuum before steam cleaning carpets. Mopped floors with dirty water from the carpet steam cleaning.

Cleaner said they’d come clean my bosses empty house between 10-1pm. I was waiting for them but they didn’t show up until mid afternoon. Then after I’d left them they wouldn’t send me photos of the clean so I could pay (even though I was told by an employee they would send photos then I could pay). The cleaner did not speak very nicely to me on the phone and said he was going to call the police on me even after I had paid. The manager also called and was not very nice to me. They then left the back door open and all lights on. Made me drive an hour at 8pm to the house to lock up because their cleaners deliberately didn’t do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Do not use this company they are owned by CBD Movers and they recommend each other.
The movers will over charge - in my case by 1.5 hours.
The cleaners didnt clean. The say they steam cleaned but did not even vaca first. They did not mop the floors or clean bathroom or kitchen. They provide no documentation and remove the bon back guarantee on the day of cleaning.
They do not respond to emails or phone calls.
Do not reclean or give money back.

Appalling quality of work by the cleaners & extremely stubborn "customer service" team who do not care about their customer at all.

[Removed name] arrived to my property without adequate cleaning equipment. No mop bucket and only a coles bag with spray and wipe.

Payment required upfront despite paying deposit already.

I paid for 3 hours of cleaning and received 1.5 hours.

Quality of work was awful & cleaners were aggressive & intimidating when I asked them to go inside and clean again. Asked them a 3rd time because it was STILL awful.

Refund or compensation denied on technicalities. Will be seeking advice from 3rd party.

wish there was an option for 0 stars, the cleaners spent 3 hours doing absolutely nothing. I came back to the property and found soap scum in the bathrooms, dead flies in the window tracks, marks all over the bench that I was able to scrub myself. I am moving into the property with my children and wanted a deep clean they promised the world and delivered absolutely nothing. I disputed the invoice as they didn’t deliver the service so they STOLE money from my card that I paid my deposit with, the manager since blocked my number and pretended he lost signal. Not only are they unprofessional and use dirty rags to “clean” . They took money without my consent and authority.

Please don’t ever ever trust this company, it has been the most stressful situation I’ve ever experienced. The fact that they didn’t clean anything is one thing but to steal from me is beyond disgraceful.

BEWARE!!! This company claims it offers a bond back guarantee. My partner and i just moved out of our apartment and we paid 365 Cleaning to do our final clean, the attempt at cleaning was absolutely disgraceful, mirrors were not cleaned, benches were not wiped down properly and they left the floors streaky, they used one single cleaning product for the entire house, suffice to say we didnt get our bond back and the real estate agent got another cleaning company to clean it property costing us a further $600.

I cant stress enough just how unprofessional this company is, how can you offer a bond back GUARANTEE and then take no responsibility when the real estate agent deducts a cleaning fee from our bond because of your horrendous cleaning skills?

[Removed comment] This has been the worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with, they turn up 6hrs later than was discussed when booking, I paid (way too much) to have just my grout cleaned from [Removed comment] who turned up with a dish brush and bucket and some type of chemical in a spray bottle - these people looked untidy and unprofessional, there was little regard to the property and as a consequence their van (that they insist on parking in your drive) leaked oil all over our driveway and has damaged the concrete!!
They did a very poor job of cleaning, they did not clean up all the chemicals off the tiles once finished, they insist on money transfer before leaving (which is fine) except they take this as us being satisfied by the clean - I could not inspect the clean until after the floor was dry as I was instructed not to walk on the chemicals as it would damage the carpets if transferred from our feet ( nor did they did not put anything down to protect carpets)
When we emailed the company to make a complaint, all our concerns were disregarded and we were not offered any kind of compensation of re-cleaning (as grout was still dirty, and sent photo proof), were not offered any kind of refund for doing a poor job, were not offered any kind of refund or any other option for the damage done by their van, and even though their terms and conditions state they won't accept any kind of complaint unless payment has been received, we were told that because we paid in full that they took this that we were satisfied with the clean.
We gave this company a chance to fix what had been done, but they won't accept any responsibility and even denied that their van leaked oil, despite the immediate photo evidence. And to top it all off, the grout still looks dirty, I had to remop the area and emptied the water 12 times as the water was black, after paying that much to have your grout clean, you’d expect to have the grout actually clean, and not have to clean the area multiple times after they have been. A colossal waste of time and money
- Do not deal with this company!!!
