My front loading washing machine door latch was broken, and I'd been told by other firms that it could not be fixed for a reasonable price. Also the machine wasn't cleaning as well has it had in the past. Arif fixed the door, and identified that the pump wasn't working properly, replaced the pump. I'm really happy with this service, Arif was prompt and quick - My washing machine is like new. I'll be using Arif next time the dishwasher needs a service. Highly recommend this firm

I called to get a price on a part and call out fee. Arif said he will call back in 20min to see if he can get the part needed to fix my washing machine. Less than 20min later he calls back to give me the price. Next day he came on time, very pleasant and professional to deal with and sorted my washing machine. My fridge was leaking water and wasn't sure why. Arif came to see us on time and very quickly figured out what was wrong and how to fix it which he did. 6 months on and had no issues at all with my fridge. Arif is a lovely guy and very customer service focussed.

Washing machine not pumping water, so new pump was installed. Called him back because water was leaking, but turns out it was lint clogging the drain holes. All fixed and no charge - can't do better than that! Also fixed non-working oven - replaced part and all good now! Arif a very personable fellow and went out of his way to offer great customer service.
