After researching my options on Womo, I contacted Andrew on a Sunday am as we had a gas leak that had appeared very suddenly. Andrew was able to come to our house within an hour and worked efficiently and quickly to identify the most likely cause and source of the leak. While the outcome wasn't ideal for us, Andrew patiently explained to us and took us through our options very clearly so we were then able to make a fully informed decision. I found Andrew to be very knowledgeable and pragmatic while at the same time also very friendly, respectful and patient. I highly recommend Andrew and his work and will have no hesitation in utilising Andrew and his business again.

Bryan and Anne manage my two rental properties and are absolutely fantastic. They are proactive and nothing is too much trouble. They know their business really well and are pragmatic and helpful with their advice and guidance. After experiencing other property managers and their service, Anne and Bryan are outstanding and I highly recommend them.

We rang Kaye to seek some advice on repairing our washing machine that had stopped working. After us describing what had happened she advised it would not be worth repairing and it would be cheaper to buy a replacement washing machine. As we had bought all of our previous washing machines from from friends we had no idea what machines would be appropriate and reliable. Kaye was happy to advise us and we ended up buying our new machine based on Kaye's advice which was based on her experience repairing washing machines.

Kaye and her husband were very helpful and friendly and would have no hesitation in using their business again or recommending the business to friends.

The team running the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was fantastic and can't wait to go to Lorne and head to this restaurant again!

We had the carpets in our property cleaned at the end of our lease prior to moving out. Mitch was extremely helpful and friendly. He picked up the keys to our place from my work and dropped them off at the end of the day. I'd recommend Mitch and his business and I'd certainly use his services again.

Update 6-2: Just recently the Cusomer Service Manager from this business contacted me to follow up on my moving experience. Based on our discussion, the company apologised and refunded a significant portion of the fee I initially paid. Clearly this company takes its cutomer service very seriously and do the utmost to ensure customers are satisfied. The follow up and subsequent action makes me think the experience I had is the exception rather than the rule.

I booked MetroMovers to move move all of our packed belongings and furniture from our 2 bedroom apartment in South Yarra to our new apartment, also in South Yarra. Our new place Body Corporate rules require moving in slots to be booked, and so we had booked the 9:00am-12:30pm slot. Due to this constraint I had booked the removalists to arrive at our old place between 6:30am and 7:00am; they arrived over an hour late; just before 8am. They were incredibly slow, my partner and I ended up helping a lot and it took over 5 hours to load all of our belongings into their truck. This resulted in us missing our booking at the new place. The body corporate at the new place gave us some leeway as long as we were finished by 3pm. I rang MetroMovers and explained the situation and they sent out another crew (which they tried to get us to pay for) and they unloaded the truck in just over an hour. We have moved the same amount of belongings 3 times in the last 4 years and it has preiviously taken no more than 4 hours in total. As the moving fees are charged on an hourly basis it was also hideously expensive - over $1200 when in the past it's been no more than $400. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My fridge was leaking water and wasn't sure why. Arif came to see us on time and very quickly figured out what was wrong and how to fix it which he did. 6 months on and had no issues at all with my fridge. Arif is a lovely guy and very customer service focussed.

Barb and her team have been cleaning our apartment for over 6 months and I can't praise the service, friendliness and helpfulness enough! Barb and always friendly and positive and nothing is ever too much hassle.
