This business is great for massage although a little pricey, staff are wonderful and offer a variety of services.
I usually go in for Kinesiology, which is very good and a relaxing experience - Breanna is fantastic! - but I went in for a massage at my last visit and that was just amazing. Talk about relaxing!

I enrolled in four Touch For Health kinesiology modules run by Breanna, and I have so far completed three of the four modules. I expected to learn the fundamentals of muscle-testing, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the course delved into a whole lot more. Prior to commencing subsequent modules, I felt slightly non-plussed about learning more muscle-testing, but upon commencing the next modules, I was rapt to learn additional applications for the muscle-testing and more Touch for Health concepts. Breanna successfully and succincltly conveyed the key concepts of Touch For Health kinesiology in an easy to grasp manner. She has a deep understanding of kinesiology and a professional and engaging presentation-style.

Absolute Well-Being is awesome! Breanna really cares about your...well-being (!)..., needs and problems and is extremely enthusiastic and positive about helping you help yourself through the use of Kinesiology. I always feel energised and empowered when I leave a session and Breanna shows me that I really don't have to do it all on my own.

Breanna is great at her job and a great listener. Advise is always spot on and does more (fixing) than expected. Breanna gets right down to it and doesn't waste your time. It is worth te trip out there.
