We have used this parking station previously and the service has always been very good but we used it again over the Easter break and the customer service was outstanding. We travelled with my 89 year old mother who uses a walker to get around with and both Sharon and Ron actually went out of their way to make sure mum was able to board and disembark the bus with as much ease as possible - it certainly made life a whole lot easier for us. Well done. They also look after the car for us as well! We won't use anybody else to cater for
our airport parking

Having arrived back from Perth on a delayed flight (by 3.5hrs) at 2.30am we were collected promptly and then given a cup of coffee in their lounge to "collect ourselves" before tackling the drive home to Bendigo.

I booked online and arrived on the day for the car park. Everything went smoothly, superb customer service. I also arranged for my car to be washed while I was gone, again, was sparkly clean and ready for me when I returned. Easy to use and will definitely be back.

We parked our car at Ace early Dec last year 2012, and got back early Jan 2013 at their undercover spot. Our car was parked there for almost one month.

The location tidy and clean. Their drop off and pickup service were excellent. The driver was so helpful by helping unload and load all our big luggage. We traveled with 3 year old toddler, and it was very easy and experience no hassle at all with Ace.

The operator was helpful and very promptly when guiding us where the shuttle bus would pick us from the terminal.

Overall service is A+

The staff were helpful particularly Wendy and were courteous and airport within easy reach for pick up

We used the valet service. Very friendly, helpful guys! The turn around time was amazing. Our bags were transferred, we jumped in the bus and were on our way in about 5 mins.
Some time after dropping us off at the airport, we received a call saying our little daughter's favorite teddy was found in the bus (she hadn't noticed as yet but there would have been many tears if she had!). The driver brought him back to the airport immediately and everyone was happy.
Will definitely use this service in the future. Saved many stressful moments! And we were dropped at the door, so no long walks hauling all the bags with 2 little kids.
