I completed an advanced two week booking, and found the customer service fantastic. Upon arrival I found a car park easily, and was on the shuttle to the terminal with in 5 minutes. The driver was great and it was so close. When we returned I called the designated number and they were already aware I was due to arrive, and a shuttle was there and waited for me. After 5minutes I was back at my car, and out on my way home. It was a seamless experience, a great facility and location with fantastic customer service and price. Every time I travel I will now park here.

Very friendly and helpful - all of them. Have never had to wait for airport transfers, pick-ups are very prompt. Drivers friendly and helpful.

On numerous occasions I've patronised this business.

I've used Ace Airport Parking, prior to which it was known as Jetport Parking, and always found it excellent, particularly its efficient and reliable service, cost (especially when booked through RACV) and pleasant, courteous staff. Definitely 5 star!It's excellent for airport parking, also it now provides services such as cleaning and maintenance whilst parked if required.

My husband and arrived back in Melbourne to discover our car had a flat battery. Ron went out of his way to assist us, as did the receptionist Sharon. We would have no hesitation in recommending this business to customers.

We were very happy with the extremely prompt and friendly service we got - right from book in, drop off and pick up from the airport when we got back (it's just five minutes to the airport). We used the valet service and left the car with them for 10 days whilst overseas. The car was under cover and 24 hr security was assured. It was a hassle free experience and we will use the service again.

We've used this service at least three times on overseas trips and it's always great to know that your car is safe and secure and more importantly, that you get to the airport and catch your flight on time. Very cost effective over other bus services etc. with a family.

The drop off and pick up mini-buses to the terminal are prompt and efficient - seats could be a bit larger but that's not their fault and if you've got a lot of luggage (which a family of 5 does) then sometimes it doesn't all fit if they are picking up other passengers as well.

One trip we took the option of outside (roof) parking as a cheaper option.

The staff are generally friendly and helpful (gave some lollies at the office area to some very tired and stressed out children) but it would be nice to have some seating down in the car loading/unloading area as it seems like a very long time while the driver goes off to bring the car back and we're all waiting.

But certainly a very good service and one we'll use again.

Arrived back in the country at 5.30am to a flat battery and seeings i was not in the RACV Ron was more than happy to help me jump start if only we could've located the battery in my new/old van. Sharon was fantastic with customer service, finding time in between her many urgent jobs to make calls to the toyota dealers regarding battery location and Ron made extra time to search again & again until he eventually found it & we were on our way home. These guys are very friendly & helpful (even at the wee hours of the morning) they run a busy business and the new girl in the office was lovely also. Very competitive pricing, extremely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us on checking in and out.
Our plane arrived late at night, we were tired after a long flight and all we wanted was to get home. The staff were amazingly efficient and courteous. We would highly recommend them to all travellers. Forget smelly taxis, drive to the airport, self park at Ace Parking and enjoy your holiday.

We have used Ace parking several times (7 ) over the last few years and every time the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient.Everything works very smoothly , staff are there to help you through the boom gate, help unload and then take you to the airport just about straight away.Likewise when arriving home they always know who you are, answer the call immediately and come to collect and help with luggage within a very short time. They are always cheerful regardless what time of day and obliging. An excellent service!
