If you are ready to convert to offsite airport parking, then these are the folks to go with. I used them on WOMO references alone and was not dissapointed. We were travelling with a 1 year old and this incredibly efficient company were ready with the car seat fitted into the van, and even though our returning flight was 3 hours late, there was the van, waiting for us with the car seat. Small thing but minutes count when travelling with baby. We used the bargain priced valet service and the friendly staff carried our luggage. Was so great to have that post holiday euphoria extended even for that 10 minute journey from airport to carpark by the efficient, and good old fashioned service of the Ace Team.

We were extremely happy with "Ace Airport Parking" From our first contact with the company to picking up our vehicle at the end of our trip was easy and trouble free. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the use of their service, I know we will be again in the near future. Thumbs up all round!

I used Ace for the first time on 24 April to 27 April. I found the booking service was easy and straightforward. When I got there, I was greeted by a gentlemen who gave me direction on where to park and explained the process to me. We (wife, 2 year old kid and myself) were on the way to the airport in less than 10 mins, and arrived at the airport approximately another 10 mins later. They took into account my 2-year old needed a child seat, which was provided for in the courtesy van. When we got back to Melbourne, I called the number provided and was picked up within 10 mins, got helped with the luggage, and was on my way out no more than 20 mins after we were picked up from the terminal. I saved approximately $100 as compared to taking a taxi, and paid half of what I had to pay for Melbourne Airport long-term parking. Will certainly recommend to others and I will use this service again.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience with Ace Airport Parking was. Sharon and her staff could not have done anything more for me. I was travelling alone with 2 children with special needs, and they made my journey a pleasure and hassle free from the start. Such a great way to start and finish our holiday. They were friendly, efficient and extremley helpful. Will definitely use them again when planning my next trip and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering parking near the airport. Well priced, great service and smiles all 'round. I fly into and out of Melbourne once a fortnight and this is the only place I've ever parked my car. I've never been held up despite flight delays and the transfers between the depot and airport is always smooth. Staff are very professional and courteous.

From the moment we arrived until picking the car up, I can't recommend Ace parking highly enough. The service was efficient, friendly and so professional. They are the only company I know that requires children under 7 to be in suitable restraints, which I think is admirable. By the time my husband had parked the car, there was a bus waiting for us with a child seat, and booster seat; and on our return flight, I rang Ace while we stepped out of the terminal, and there was a bus waiting again with both child seats in it! Our experience with Ace just made the rest of our trip so much easier. I would definately recommend to anyone requiring long term carparking

From the time we dropped the car off to pick up time on return the service was impeccable. Th driver promptly transferred out luggage and within no time at all we were dropped off outside our terminal and collected outside the terminal on return. So great to have the car securely parked as well. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend to colleagues.

Easy to book online. Friendly and helpful service when arriving and leaving. Received a courtesy call when there was a traffic incident that would impact on our plans when flying out if we were not prewarned. Bus transfers were prompt and efficient. Will use and recommend for the future,
