Not ringing these guys again! Our fridge died one late afternoon, called them up and the response was great, came out that evening. They looked at our fridge, couldn't fix it on the spot(understandable) and said we needed a new part for it and that they will call me the next day giving me a price. Paid for call out fee($132.00), no phone call or response till this day! started to think if this company ever existed! Maybe its just a one off thing but personally not going back.

You know - that awful feeling when you have a full freezer and the freezer stops working. Well Trevor was here in the time period specified, he was courteous, conscientious and had everything he needed in the van to fix the freezer. Thank you!!

Great service. Set a time when they would come and stuck to it and fixed the problem. Set fixed fee so you knew what to expect. Nice polite technicians. Would recommend
promise of help within 24hrs of call - came at 6.30pm on a friday nite for washing machine that didn't want to wash - set call out fee ($135) no matter how long it took - just extra for parts if required.- Ended up being a capacitor needed replacing - and only cost 195 all up !!! Very helpful and nice guy - sorry i didn't get his name!!!
I read this review and it influenced me to give this business a go but I was not impressed at all with them. I feel like this review lead me astray. At the very least the quality of service and value from this business is variable (hit and miss) and I was not impressed.
