Amplec recently completed all the electrical work for our new build through McCarthy Homes. A pre-wire for solar was installed during rough-in stage. This solar pre-wire required space for 7 circuits. Amplec's final installation didn't leave room for any additional circuits on the switchboard. There was zero room for additional installations like pool equipment, electric gate, fence lighting and even the pre-wire solar which was sitting behind the switchboard.

I would have thought an experience electrician would have installed a switchboard to a newly built home to allow for future expansion.
