Annapurna is my number one choice for Indian Cuisine in Hobart without a doubt. I am yet to have a meal there (either dine-in or take away) that is less than sensational. The menu caters for those who don't like it too spicy right up to those that like plenty of grunt.

If you like Indian (or haven't tried it yet) and you've not been to Annapurna, you're doing yourself an injustice.

We usually eat-in at this restaurant but on this occasion we chose to order takeaway. When we arrived home one of the dishes was nearly all sauce and no meat and the overall taste was not up to their usual standard. Very disappointing!

Annapurna is one of the best places to go if you are looking for a delicious vegetarian meal. The authentic Naan bread is to die for. The service and prices are great and I have never had a less-than-wonderful meal there.

This is my absolute favorite resutarant. The food id beautiful and the atmosphere grand. I love the banquets as they are amzing value, and the malai kofta is to die for.
