I have had the whole house full of carpet cleaned by Quality Carpet Care twice in 2 different places. They turn up on time and do an excellent job on the carpet - it looked better than I had ever seen it!

Solo Pasta and Pizza serve authentic Italian food made by authentic Italians :) The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food and service are great. They are licensed, you can BYO bottled wine too. May I recommend the cannelloni!

I have been with Green Tree Frog for my ADSL connection for about 2 years. The customer service is excellent - I have never had to "talk to a machine" The plans are reasonably priced too. Most importantly, though, the ADSL is fast and we very rarely have downtime, in fact I think it has only happened 2 or 3 times in 2 years. I would highly recommend going with Green Tree Frog next time you are looking to get ADSL connected.

Hotel Soho has great meals, I went for the $10 lunchtime specials. They have a good variety of meals, which are tasty and the serving sizes are quite generous. The service is good, the staff don't hassle you, but are there when you need them. THe only complaint I had was that it does get quite busy and a little packed, but I guess that's just because it is definitely worth visiting.

I use West End Dry Cleaners for all my dry cleaning. They offer very fast service (you can get items dry-cleaned in 60 minutes) and the service is top-notch. They open early (7.30am) during the week, which is great for people who work. They also do repairs and alterations.

I got a full colour service at Zenica. The hairdressers were quite friendly and they gave me a free coffee while I was waiting for the dye to settle in. They also gave me a blow-wave afterwards for free. The colour service was top-notch they use excellent quality products. I would highly recommend using Zenica to anyone!

Noodle House serve a range of Asian dishes, mostly noodle based. My favourite thing about this restaurant is that you get to see the fresh ingredients before they are cooked, and you get to watch your meal being cooked. The meals are really tasty and great value!

I got a whole house of carpet cleaned by Kingborough Carpet Care. They took a few days longer than I had hoped to turn up, however, once they arrived, the carpet cleaning was quick and thorough. They are decent value for money, I would recommend them.

I got a full set of braces done by Tim Wigmore. He is very good at what he does, and I had minimal pain over the two years that I had them on for. The practice offers great follow up after you get the braces on and provides information about caring for your braces. I think braces are expensive wherever you go, so I'm not going to call this business great value for money... But I guess they made the "braces experience" as pleasant as possible :)

Charlotte Peterswald rentals specialise in higher end rental properties. I think they have a fairly snobbish attitude towards tenants, which I don't really appreciate. Their website looks professional and is regularly updated, which is great, I think all renters can understand the frustrations of finding properties on the net only to find out that they were leased a week ago!
