Extremely dissatisfied. Walls damaged during move and despite promising to return and repair, never did. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great bunch of guys. Relaxed but professional. Delivered boxes well before the move to allow us time to get ready and no hurry to get them back. We moved a lot of the small stuff beforehand so they only had the big and the heavy stuff left for them to move, which they didn't mind either

These guys are absolutely brilliant. They moved us from Lane Cove to Frenchs Forest in about 3 hours. The advantage this company has over many, is the number of guys moving your stuff. They are quick efficient and very helpful. The quote for the move was even better.

Hi, thanks for your reply. It was not my preference to deal with the mater like this, but having you/J treating a customer disrespectfully and hanging up the phone - before the matter could be resolved - took the matter completely out of my hands. It was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted.
We have been in business since 1977 , and never have dissatisfied clients. Have you ever thought it maybe your attitude , or way of speaking to people. Thank you for the feedback anyway.
