How amazing is the service in this store! I have heard that the staff are not paid according to sales and that service is their number one priority. They greet you at the door and direct you the right section and/or person to help. There is no pressure to buy once you have all of the information you need. It is a great experience.

This place is absolutely amazing! The store itself sees the most ridiculous amount of traffic so it is always difficult to find someone that can help you, however, when you are matched up with a Specialist, they really make sure you leave with a smile!

Great store, happy environment. When my battery is low, the staff aways allow me to charge my phone while letting me browse the net. Very friendly staff. the only recommendation I have is, they need to have more people working in the genius bar, the waiting list was a few months some months back.

Fantastic customer service - went to the store to have a look at the new IPhone 3Gs, then was explained everything 'bout the phone - from how to turn on the phone to how to turn it off! Walked out from the store and is now a happy owner of this phone. The staffs are helpful and knowledgeable. Love the genius bar as well. The free wireless internet in the store is a bonus.

really kool. The apple store is awsome, gives you unlimited free internet access. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. However, it's quite expensive and you can get their products cheaper elswhere.
