We had a Teravision cctv system put into our home by Argus Technologies in February 2016.
Nothing but problems and issues and faults from day 1.
Had their so called technicans over 5 times and still they could not work out how to program the DVR correctly. Their technicans should be called installers not technicans.
Teravision for CCTV dome cameras are of poor quality for the money you pay. Night vision very pixalated and unable to make out number plate registration on vehicles at 2mtr.
Teravision have Argus Technologies as their agents to instal their systems.
Stay away from from doing business with Argus Technologies extremely poor customer service.
And dont use Teravision CCTV Cameras as a brand nothing but faults based on our experiences.

We are building our new home and we had Argus Technologies do all the cbus electrical work and home automation work throughout the house. They are fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful in helping you choose the right system for you. Great until they get your money and now they have installed half the system and installed the wrong speakers without authorisation because he thought these ones looked better with the flow of the house! Now they want to pull the inceiling speakers out and do a patch up job! Not impressed at all. We have had them out on so many occassions to fix stuff ups with their install and they havent been very helpful at all now they are sick of us calling them about problems but believe me not as SICK as us with calling them because of ALL the bad issues!
